The new 2010 2011 Dodge Magnum wagon is a full-size car available
with powerful performance of a V8 Hemi Engine. With the same
platform as the Chrysler 300 sedan, the new Magnum sports
rear-wheel drive and a four or a five-speed automatic transmission.
Dodge replaces its Intrepid sedan with this new station wagon
which has an increased access rear liftgate, a distinctive
hot rod style and comes in three trim levels.
The top end Magnum RT comes with a 340-hp 5.7-liter V8 Hemi
with Chrysler's Multi-Displacement System which deactivates
four of the eight cylinders to conserve fuel while idling
or cruising. Conversely, it can motor you from zero to 60
mph in 6.3 seconds. It uses a five-speed automatic transmission
with AutoStick to develop 390 pound-feet or torque, with a
3800 pound towing capacity. The Magnum RT rounds out it exceptional
features with a Boston Acoustics six-speaker sound system,
a 288-watt digital amplifier, leather interior, 18-inch polished
aluminum wheels, and dual exhausts.
A 3.5-liter single-overhead-cam V6 engine powers the Magnum
SXT and makes 250 horsepower with 250 pound-feet of torque.
The 2010 2011 Magnum SXT runs a four-speed automatic and will also
offer all-wheel drive. Adding to the Magnum performance picture
is the inclusion of all-speed traction control, ABS with brake
assist, and electronic stability. On the cosmetic and ergonomic
sides, the new 205 Dodge Magnum sports an eight-way power
driver's seat, aluminum wheels, tinted glass, and cargo cover.
The Magnum SE combines a nice standard equipment package
with a 2.7-liter aluminum V6 for an all around good value.
Along with its four-speed automatic transmission, other standard
equipment includes a AM/FM/CD sound system, power windows
and locks with remote entry, air conditioning, a 60/40 split
rear seat with center armrest, solar control window glass,
rack-and-pinion steering, tilt-telescoping steering column,
17-inch wheels and disc brakes.
Optional equipment abounds on the 2010 2011 Dodge Magnum including
an in-dash CD changer, Sirius satellite radio, and a UConnect
hands-free communication system that uses Bluetooth technology.
More amenities that are optional include self-sealing tires,
side curtain airbags, power adjustable pedals, a power sunroof
and heated front seats.
